Paul Wall stopped by yet again for his ink fix, as usual it was a pleasure having him.

For those of you never having had the opportunity to meet Paul, we can only say great thing's about him. Not only is he a very talented rapper, he's a devoted family man and one of the most genuine people out there. We definitely look forward to more of his music & visits.

Motivated By Gods Honor Secure In His Power...

This portrait of Jesus Christ was done by Chris Lowk. Looking at it my favorite part of it is, the way he was able to capture the emotion in the eyes. Looking into them it's as if you can feel the love & sacrifice behind them. For us it was a blessing just being apart of the creation process, but for our client this was far more than just a tattoo. For him it was more of a life compass...should he ever feel lost, he can look down at his arm & be found in the knowledge that Jesus Christ is the truth the light and the way. Great Job Chris!

Daddy's Girl...

Everyone knows there's no one more special to a man than his little girl and rarely ever a man that can take a daddy's place. The relationship they hold is so important because it sets the standards of which she will grow to hold in her own husband someday. The respect, love, and kindness she is shown by her father will echo in her heart forever...and for him no matter how many years may go by, his love for her will remain unconditional and only grow over time. That is why today's clients tattoo was even that much more meaningful. He was clearly so in love with his little girl from her big blue eyes to her amazing smile whenever he called her name...watching the two of them together it was so inspiring to do this tattoo that had so much love behind it. :)

The Start Of Something Special...

If you've ever wondered what goes on behind a custom tattoo here at Ink Sessions Tattoo here's a peek into the process. The tattoo shown above has the original sketch included to the left.
Althought this piece is far from completed it serves as a general layout of the design itself with a few adjustments here and there. Once you come in and have shared your ideas with your artist the two of you will then discuss the size and location that best fits you're design. He or she will draw up a rough sketch of what you've described, making any changes where necessary bringing it as close as possible to what you had in mind. Here at Ink Sessions Tattoo we specialize in custom work and enjoy transforming the ground work of an artistic idea into a realistic master piece. The most rewarding part for us is the look on our clients faces when they see their ideas brought to life, and hearing the excitement in their voices when they inevitably say... Let's do it!

Sagittarius and my name is Chris...lol ;) Today's piece was a lot of fun. It's a design similar to one most of you have seen here and there just changed up a bit. We added a little more sexiness to the character and bit more flare to the design.

Some of you may recognize this artwork
from the wall mural we have in our shop done by our friend Abel Rocha. Keep in mind this was after one session with tattoo artist Chris Lowk and there is much more to come. That being said what was completed so far was no surprise to any of us, that even the tattoo version would have come out anything less than sensational. We at Ink Sessions Tattoo have been lucky enough to see this amazing piece of art daily and now after today so will our client ;)
